The client is a global chemicals manufacturer, with a manufacturing facility built in Richmond, focusing on adhesive production. Their cooling tower was tested with significantly high total hardness in water, causing the downstream heat exchangers to suffer solids deposition and resulted in low efficiency in product cooling effect.

As the client's site runs 24/7, frequent production shut down due to scheduling in cleaning heat exchanger tends to lead to financial loss and customer unsatisfaction.

Our Delivery

We have successfully delivered a 6,500 L/h water treatment system package that was built on stainless steel skid

• 5μm Filter

• Activated Carbon + Quartz Sand Filter

• Dual Softener

​

The dual softener is designed to operate 24/7 without any downtime in backflush and regeneration cycle to accomodate the continuous plant operation.

• Total Free Chlorine : < 0.1 ppm

• Total Free Chloride : < 0.1 ppm

• Total Hardness : < 1.0 ppm
